Shipping Policy

Orders ship from the United States via insured carriers. The information below covers processing times, delivery windows, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Processing Times

Orders confirmed before 2 PM EST on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery

Standard delivery within the contiguous U.S. takes 2–5 business days from ship date. Tracking information is emailed when your order leaves our facility.

Packaging

Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with appropriate cold-chain materials. Packaging is discreet — there are no exterior markings identifying the contents.

International Orders

We currently ship only within the United States. International availability will be announced if and when it becomes available.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation, contact info@spartalabs.net with your order number and we will make it right.
