Shipping Policy
Effective July 25, 2026
This Shipping & Refund Policy governs the shipment of, and any refunds or returns relating to, products purchased from spartalabs.net (the "Site"), operated by Sparta Labs, LLC ("Sparta Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). It is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service (/legal/terms-conditions). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only and are not intended for human or animal consumption. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to order. See our Terms of Service for full eligibility and intended-use requirements.

1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within one business day (typically within 24 hours) after payment is received and authorized. Orders placed by 4:00 PM Eastern Time on a dispatch day (Monday through Saturday) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that cutoff, on Sundays, or on U.S. federal holidays are dispatched on the next dispatch day. We do not process or ship on Sundays or U.S. federal holidays.
Saturday dispatch is offered on a best-efforts basis only and is NOT guaranteed. Carrier acceptance windows are reduced on Saturdays, and orders placed on or dispatched for a Saturday may instead ship the following Monday. Any same-day or next-day dispatch statement displayed on the Site — including countdown timers shown on product or checkout pages — is an estimate of our typical handling time, not a guarantee of dispatch or delivery.
Order acceptance is subject to verification. We reserve the right to hold, delay, or cancel any order pending eligibility or payment verification, or where we reasonably suspect misuse, consistent with our Terms of Service.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States only. We do not ship outside the United States. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the products you order may be lawfully shipped to, received, possessed, and used at your destination.
3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Timeframes
Orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS, per the shipping method you select at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch for domestic orders, or the carrier-quoted window for expedited services. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery estimates count from the actual dispatch date, in business days. Once an order leaves our facility, transit times are controlled by the carrier and are outside our control.
4. Tracking
After your order ships, we will email a confirmation with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update with the carrier. You can monitor delivery status using the carrier's tracking tools.
5. Title and Risk of Loss
Unless otherwise required by law, title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the products to the carrier. Sparta Labs is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after the carrier takes possession, though we will reasonably assist you in filing a claim or tracing a shipment.
6. Delivery Issues
• Incorrect address. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Reshipment may require an additional shipping charge.
• Lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier first, then contact us so we can assist. Remedies for confirmed carrier loss are handled case by case.
• Refused or undeliverable packages. Packages refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable may be subject to deduction of original shipping costs and any return-shipping fees from any refund.
7. Customs and International Orders (if applicable)
For any international shipments we accept, you are the importer of record and are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, certifications, licenses, and compliance with the laws of the destination country. Customs processing may delay delivery, and we are not responsible for such delays or for any seizure resulting from your jurisdiction's regulations.
8. Delays and Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in shipment caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier or customs delays, weather, supply shortages, backorders, or governmental action. We are not obligated to notify you of such delays.
