How much do Sparta Labs affiliates earn?
Affiliates earn 15% of the order subtotal on every qualifying order placed through their referral link. Commissions are tracked automatically and paid out manually once they clear the refund-hold window.
Who can become an affiliate?
Influencers, bloggers, publishers, and anyone marketing to the research community. Every application is reviewed by hand. You promote research-use-only products using pre-approved, research-framed materials with clear FTC disclosures.
Do I need a Sparta Labs account to apply?
No. If you already have an account you apply under it; if you're new, we start a login-able account for you automatically and email you a link to set your password. Either way you get one login for shopping and your affiliate dashboard.
How does referral tracking work?
Share your affiliate link. When someone visits through it, we attribute their orders to you for 30 days on a last-click basis. Your dashboard shows clicks, conversions, and commission status in real time.
How and when do I get paid?
Commissions clear a 30-day hold after the order is paid, then become payable. We run payouts monthly for balances of $50 or more, by ACH, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or crypto (BTC, ETH, or USDC). We collect a W-9 before your first payout and issue a 1099-NEC where required. Your dashboard tracks pending, payable, and paid totals.
