Price Match
Effective July 15, 2026
This Price Match Policy describes when and how Sparta Labs, LLC ("Sparta Labs," "we," "us," or "our") will match a competitor's price on products purchased from spartalabs.net (the "Site"). It is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service (/legal/terms-conditions) and Refund Policy (/legal/refund-policy). We match verified prices from sellers that meet the documentation standard described in Section 1. Prices from sellers that do not publish a qualifying third-party Certificate of Analysis (COA) are not eligible.
1. Eligible Products and Sellers
We will match a lower current price on the identical product, meaning the same compound, the same dose or concentration, and the same pack size, sold as the same research-grade item. The competing offer must come from a seller that: (a) is based in and ships from the United States; (b) publishes a batch-specific, third-party Certificate of Analysis (COA) documenting purity of at least 99% by HPLC for that item; and (c) lists the price publicly on a working product page with the item in stock. Both the product and the seller's standard must be verifiable at the time of your request.
2. What Does Not Qualify
We cannot match: online marketplaces, auction sites, group buys, or third-party or reseller listings; prices that require an account, membership, code, coupon, or direct message to view; promotional, clearance, bundle, bulk-tier, or limited-time sale prices; out-of-stock, pre-order, or backordered items; sellers who do not publish a qualifying third-party COA; differences in shipping, handling, or tax; and our own prior or promotional pricing. Prices that are typographical or obviously erroneous do not qualify.
3. How to Request a Match
Email support@spartalabs.net with your order number (or, before ordering, the product you intend to buy), a direct link to the competing product page, and the listed price. Submit your request within 7 days of your purchase. If we can verify the competing offer and that it meets the standard in Section 1, we will match the difference. One match per order.
4. How the Match Is Applied
Approved matches are issued as Sparta Labs store credit or, at our option, as a refund of the verified price difference to your original payment method. A price match cannot be combined with other discount codes, welcome or referral offers, affiliate discounts, or active promotions, and does not apply to an order that already used one.
5. Verification and Changes
We review each request in good faith and may ask for a screenshot or additional detail. We may limit or decline requests we cannot substantiate, that rely on non-qualifying prices, or that appear abusive. We may modify or discontinue this program at any time; a change does not affect a match already approved, or a complete request submitted before the change.
