End-User Declaration

This End-User Declaration is the representation you make when you request a wholesale account or place a wholesale order with Sparta Labs. It is written in the first person because it is your statement about who you are and how the materials will be used. It supplements, and does not replace, our Terms of Service (/legal/terms-conditions), Terms of Sale (/legal/terms-of-sale), and Research Use Policy (/legal/research-use).
1. Intended Use — In-Vitro / Non-Clinical Research Only
I represent and warrant that any materials I acquire from Sparta Labs are intended solely for in-vitro and non-clinical laboratory research and development use by qualified technical personnel. I understand that every product is supplied strictly as a research-use-only material and that nothing sold is a drug, dietary supplement, food, food additive, cosmetic, medical device, or household chemical, and that no product has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority for any use.
2. No Human or Veterinary Use
I represent and warrant that I will not use, permit, or facilitate the use of any product for human or veterinary consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic purpose, and that I will not administer any product to any human or animal. I understand that the products are not sterilized, formulated, labeled, or tested by Sparta Labs for safety or efficacy in any human, veterinary, food, drug, cosmetic, or clinical application, and that no dosing, reconstitution, or administration guidance is provided or implied.
3. No Resale or Distribution for Human Consumption
I represent, warrant, and covenant that I will not resell, relabel, repackage, distribute, or market any product, or any material derived from any product, for human or veterinary consumption or for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use, and that I will not do so in any manner that would cause the product to be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act or introduced into interstate commerce in violation of that Act. If I resell or distribute any product to another research organization, I will do so only for lawful research-use-only purposes and will obtain an equivalent research-use-only representation from my own purchasers.
4. Researcher Qualification
I represent and warrant that I am at least twenty-one (21) years of age and that I am a qualified researcher, or I am affiliated with, or acting on behalf of, a laboratory, academic, institutional, commercial, or other research entity that warrants the lawful purchase, handling, storage, and disposal of research compounds. I am knowledgeable about, and will comply with, accepted laboratory safety practices and the health and safety hazards associated with the materials.
5. Legal Compliance
I am solely responsible for determining and complying with all federal, state, local, and foreign laws, regulations, licensing requirements, import/export controls, and taxes applicable to my purchase, possession, use, and any onward transfer of the products in my jurisdiction. I acknowledge that a purchase or representation made by anyone who does not have the affiliation or intent described here may constitute a misrepresentation for which I may be held responsible, and that Sparta Labs may conduct due-diligence screening and require further verification before activating an account or fulfilling an order.
6. Acceptance and Records
By checking the acceptance box on the wholesale request form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this End-User Declaration and the Terms of Sale, and that the representations above are true. When I accept, Sparta Labs records the version of the declaration presented to me, the date and time of acceptance, and my IP address as evidence of my assent, as described in our Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy-policy).
