If a product arrives damaged, defective, or with a compromised seal, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will issue a replacement or full refund.
If you receive an item you did not order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send the correct product and arrange return of the incorrect one at no cost to you.
Due to the research-use-only nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned. All sales are final unless covered by the conditions above.
