These SMS Terms describe the Sparta Labs text-messaging program operated by Sparta Labs, LLC ("Sparta Labs," "we," "us," or "our") for the website located at spartalabs.net. They are consistent with, and supplement, Section 10 of our Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy-policy). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.
The Sparta Labs SMS program sends order updates and occasional marketing offers from the Sparta Labs research-compound store to customers who opt in. If you provide your mobile number and affirmatively opt in — for example, by checking the SMS consent box at checkout — you consent to receive text messages from Sparta Labs at the number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology where applicable.
Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Sparta Labs. You can complete any order without opting in to text messages.
This is a recurring messaging program. Message frequency varies based on your orders and our offers.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Sparta Labs does not charge for the messages themselves, but standard carrier message and data rates may apply to messages you send and receive.
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation and you will no longer receive text messages from the program; reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
We will not share your mobile information with third parties for their own marketing purposes; we share it only with service providers that help us deliver our messaging program. Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy-policy).
